Great place for families: tennis, squash, bowls, basketball, canoeing, snooker. Pool is really great! Lots of items provided i.e dishwasher tablets. Staff very helpful. Does get quite hot as no aircon, but breeze helps a little. Great stay for families and quite affordable.

Absolutely loved this place. Felt like I was staying in the country with the birds waking me up in the morning and the bush Turkey's looking for breakfast and dinner every day, the bats flying at night, the tranquil sounds of the night setting. The cockatoos, the kookaburras and the beautiful rosesallas really helps with the country feel and yet you are within close proximity to everything. Fantastic swimming pool that's heated and all the amenities one could ask for. Close walking distance to a beautiful river and gorgeous beaches. This resort really does have it all. Can't wait till I go back.

Wonderful location The resort itself has an exceptional resort pool and easy access to the Bay behind it. The rooms are a tad dated, however they are comfortable Staff were lovely Kiosk is no longer trading however you can attend the kiosk outside of the resort for coffee and hot chips etc. No longer has a restaurant on site which is a shame. An Australian type bistro would be nice, but the Sawtell RSL up the road is excellent quality The games room is disappointing. Games are expensive and need coins...

As Children who are deciding whether or not to take on a legacy of timeshare holders we are dissatisfied that the units still seem like they are in the 1990 s No Air Com …. So if it’s hot the pool is where you will be …. Lucky that cool …. I doubt we will take on our parents legacy of timeshare Oh and don’t forget to check behind the dog pots for Pubic hair and wear shoes as your feet will be black from the grubby carpet and floors If they had air con it would be liveable

Use to be an excellent locally run concern. The the board chairman used is abundant proxy votes to lose control of the resort to an interstate concern. Now run by outsiders who could not care less about unit holders. If you attend an AGM the highlight would be a free refreshment as the business is preplanned and all that happens each year is your fees go up for no gain.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent adult lounge area. We enjoyed the restaurant. Great bar prices. Would suggest that the units would need air conditioners during summer. Easy walk to Sawtell and Toormina. Looking forward to returning.

We arrived two days late after a long drive and were welcomed by friendly staff members Barry & J 2. The politeness & friendliness every guests wants to be greeted by when they arrive after a long journey. A quick check-in procedure, information about the resort & surroundings was given. Our renovated unit was clean and inviting with lovely views. As accommodation operators ourselves, credit to the cleaning staff and to the management for keeping up with the maintenance & renovations. You can enjoy everything the resort offers and within minutes be walking by the lake, into Sawtell town centre via the solitary Islands coastal walk. The views of the 🌊 ocean will be a memorable experience. We will definitely be back next year provided they have vacancy. A beautiful 😍 ⛵ resort which caters for couples & families.
